Marni Harding has been a restorative practitioner for 20 years. She gained extensive experience facilitating family group conferences across the state while working at the South Australian Youth Court for nearly a decade. For the last 11 years, Marni has been employed as the College Counsellor at Endeavour College, where she has played a key role in the innovation and implementation of restorative practices, resulting in a significant change in school culture, and the development of “The Endeavour Way”. Marni is passionate about schools and communities making restorative practices their own, and finding unique and creative ways to promote positive relationships and approaches to harm, within a restorative framework and context. Marni is passionate about relational approaches and wellbeing. She maintains her commitment to restorative practices in her work and life, and through her involvement in the SA Chapter of Restorative Practices International.

Michael Lincoln is a Behaviour Education Consultant with Catholic Education South Australia.  Two significant areas of focus in this role are supporting school communities in implementing Restorative Practices and professional learning in developmental trauma and trauma-informed classrooms.  Prior to this Michael was a Deputy Principal.  In this role he introduced Restorative Practices in an R-12 school where he witnessed the transformative effects of engaging children and young people in conflict resolution.

Clare Nocka is Principal of St Mary’s College, an all girls Catholic school with 850 students R-12.

Having first learnt about Restorative Justice from the previous Principal of St Mary’s, Eileen Young, the development of whole school Restorative Justice cultures has been a core part of Clare's leadership work across ten years in three school settings.

 

Clare is involved in RPI SA and recently joined the RPI Board of Directors.

Bill Hansberry is the Chairperson of the SA Chapter of RPI and runs a private Educational consultancy . Bill is widely recognized for his in depth of knowledge about behaviour Management, Restorative Justice and cultural renewal in educational settings. Bill is well known for his passion for relational teaching, strategic community building and Circle Time as well as his unique and engaging style in facilitating professional learning workshops for schools, school clusters and other organisations. Bill has authored a number of internationally published titles on Restorative Practices in schools.
